We all think we know bullying when we see it, but bullying can also be something we don’t see. Often, people who experience it feel invisible. Bullying is when someone keeps doing or saying things to have power over another person.
When you’re being bullied it can feel very scary and lonely, you can feel sad, angry, embarrassed and sometimes it may seem like nobody cares and that nobody can do anything to make things different for you…that’s not true and things can get better.
It’s a good idea to talk to the person you think is being bullied to find out more about the situation. Try to remember that the person you are talking with could be very sensitive about the situation and could be scared to talk about it.
We’re all about showing how e can promote kindness, caring and looking after each other. We do a lot of this through arts and resource creation. look what we’ve been up to lately.
